Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, orange zest, and cinnamon until thickened, then cool.
- Pat turkey dry, season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil, and roast for 2 hours, basting with half the glaze.
- During last 30 minutes, remove foil and brush with remaining glaze. Rest before slicing.
- Garnish with herbs and serve with extra glaze.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and ensure the turkey reaches 165°F (75°C) internally.
