  • 1 piece turkey breast (about 3-4 pounds)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • optional fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and orange zest to make the glaze.
  3. Season turkey with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder; place in a roasting pan and coat with half the glaze.
  4. Roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest for 10-15 minutes, then garnish with cranberries and orange slices before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
