Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, and orange zest to make the glaze.
- Season turkey with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder; place in a roasting pan and coat with half the glaze.
- Roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 10-15 minutes, then garnish with cranberries and orange slices before slicing and serving.
