Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain excess moisture from cottage cheese by placing it in a strainer for 15 minutes.
- Mix cottage cheese, egg (if using), and seasonings until well combined. Add Parmesan or nutritional yeast if desired.
- Scoop mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flatten to about 0.2 inches thick, and space 1-2 inches apart.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Flip halfway if desired for extra crispiness.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes to crisp up before serving or storing.
Notes
For extra crispiness, flip the chips halfway through baking.
