Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  3. Combine coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 45-55 minutes.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
