Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Combine coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan, smooth top, and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
