Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas and melted butter. Add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla; stir well.
- Fold in flour. Mix cinnamon and sugar for swirl.
- Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle half cinnamon-sugar. Add remaining batter and top with rest of cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
