Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 3 ripe bananas bananas, mashed
  • 2 dl buttermilk
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 65 g butter, melted
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter, mash bananas, and mix with buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients, add wet mixture, then eggs, mixing until smooth.
  3. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for filling.
  4. Pour half of batter into pan, swirl with cinnamon filling, add remaining batter, and swirl again.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes, cool, then drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and boiling water.

Notes

Ensure not to overmix the batter for a tender loaf.
