Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, then swirl cinnamon sugar into batter. Pour into pan and make gentle swirls.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, cool, then drizzle with icing.
