Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients; cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry; swirl cinnamon sugar into batter and layer in pan.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes; cool, then drizzle with icing.
