Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix cinnamon and sugar for swirl.
- Pour batter into pan, add cinnamon sugar swirl, and make gentle swirls. Bake for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool, then whisk icing ingredients and drizzle over bread.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
