Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or your favorite chocolate filling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt; form dough and shape into balls.
  4. Place on baking sheet, indent centers, and bake 10-12 minutes.
  5. Fill indentations with ganache and cool before serving.

Notes

Ensure not to overbake for soft centers.
