Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt; form dough and shape into balls.
- Place on baking sheet, indent centers, and bake 10-12 minutes.
- Fill indentations with ganache and cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overbake for soft centers.
