Method
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, then remove from pan.
- Stir-fry broccoli in the same pan until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken, add sauces, then stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken. Serve over rice.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
