Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Vegetables
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
Oils & Sauces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Aromatics
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Seasonings
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water for thickening
Serving
  • Steamed rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, then remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli in the same pan until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken, add sauces, then stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken. Serve over rice.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
