Ingredients
Method
- Cream butter, add bananas and eggs, then mix well.
- Add cake mix and nuts, then blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cover with foil if browning too quickly, then cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Cool completely on a rack before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with extra nuts or a drizzle of honey before serving.
