Method
- Cream butter, then add bananas and eggs.
- Mix well until combined.
- Add cake mix and nuts, then blend thoroughly.
- Pour batter into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
