Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mashed bananas and oil in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; stir well.
  4. Mix in baking soda, salt, then fold in flour.
  5. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake 60-65 mins.
  6. Cool for 10 mins, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
