Method
- Cook jasmine rice in beef broth until tender, then fluff and set aside.
- Sauté diced onion in olive oil until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add sliced peppers and minced garlic; cook for 5 minutes until peppers soften.
- Mix cooked rice into the beef and vegetable mixture. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire, black pepper, paprika, and salt; stir well and heat through.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil or a squeeze of lime before serving.
