Sour Cream Layer

  • 1 package taco seasoning
Guacamole Layer
  • 8 ounces guacamole
Flag Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup sliced black olives
Serving

Method
 

  1. Spread refried beans as base. Add ground beef/lettuce if using.
  2. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
  3. Spread seasoned sour cream over the base.
  4. Spread guacamole over sour cream layer.
  5. Create the 'flag' using cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and olives.
  6. Use cheddar cheese to create stripes.
  7. Use tomatoes and olives for the 'stars' section.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes
