Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Mix mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract and beaten egg.
  3. Add baking soda and salt, mix well.
  4. Gradually add sugar and flour, stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C), cook for 25-30 mins.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
