Method
- In a bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine mashed avocados, lime juice, and guacamole seasoning. Mix well.
- Spread refried beans evenly on the bottom of a serving dish or platter.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the refried beans.
- Spread the guacamole mixture over the sour cream layer.
- Pour salsa evenly over the guacamole layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa.
- Sprinkle sliced black olives over the cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the black olives.
- Garnish with candy corn, if desired.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or chill for later.
Notes
For a spicier dip, use a hot salsa or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the guacamole mixture.
