  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs eggs chopped small
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion soaked in cold water for milder flavor
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or swap with almonds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil good quality extra virgin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed

Method
