🍗 Chicken & Seasoning
  • 800 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
🥔 Crispy Potatoes
  • 800 g uncooked potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt or garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika
  • Optional Olive oil or cooking spray
🧀 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 120 ml milk (any type)
  • 100 g light cream cheese (Philadelphia Lightest)
  • 40 g grated Parmesan
  • 50 g shredded mozzarella (or any low-fat cheese)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the potatoes until golden and crispy using air fryer or oven.
  2. Sauté seasoned chicken for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add milk and cream cheese, stirring until smooth, then mix in potatoes and sprinkle mozzarella. Cover until melted.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or additional herbs.
