Ingredients
  

Tortillas
  • 5 pieces Mission Zero Carb tortillas
Cheese
  • 2.5 sticks string cheese sticks cut in half
Sauce
  • 10 tbsp tomato sauce
Meat
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
Spray
  • 1 spray I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray
Seasonings
  • to taste Oregano
Cheese
  • to taste Grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce on each tortilla, add 3 pepperoni slices, and half a string cheese.
  3. Roll tightly, place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Spray with butter spray, sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs or spices before baking.
